Sea Water Desalination
Distillation desalination is one of mankind’s earliest forms of water treatment, and it is still a popular treatment solution throughout the world today. In ancient times, many civilizations used this process on their ships to convert sea water into drinking water. Today, desalination plants are used to convert sea water to drinking water on ships and in many arid regions of the world, and to treat water in other areas that is fouled by natural and unnatural contaminants. Distillation is perhaps the one water treatment technology that most completely reduces the widest range of drinking water contaminants.
Carbon Capture Technologies
If global warming is caused by too much carbon dioxide being released into the atmosphere by human activities, intercepting those greenhouse gases before they reach the atmosphere — or, better yet, sucking them right out of the sky — sounds like a logical solution.
That’s the promise of carbon capture technologies, one of the few climate change solutions that doesn’t just reduce the amount of carbon emitted, but can actually remove carbon from the atmosphere, thereby generating “negative emissions.” https://www.cbc.ca/news/technology/carbon-capture-faq-1.5250140
Plastic Fuel
If we could turn used plastic bag into diesel, will change the way household waste is recycled and reduce the carbon footprint at the same time.

Roof Attic Condensation
Had an inspection of a bungalow built in 1960′. Saw roof attic condensation, which causes water leakage on the ceiling. Topping up the insulation could avoid this, and save energy. In the Calgary area, use R50 for attic insulation.
